same here, the display locks up from sleep. I have to exit cam and restart the software for it to detect the kraken. This is BS and it started the exact moment of the last kraken firmware update.
I have the same issue ... each time the PC comes out of sleep mode Cam a fails to properly ... the screen on my Kraken elite only displays liquid temp and the nzxt cam app window is blank ... i have to close the app and relaunch it for it work correctly again and have it display CPU and GPU temps.

DirectX didn't fixed this. Worked fine few times, then freezing again.

Change this Graphics api to DirectX12, Vulkan is default.
This should help.

NZXT Cam Beta seems to do better when it comes to this issue but even it fails to relaunch correctly, in the same manner, from time to time.
