It was brought to our attention that some users are having issues starting CAM in the new version 4.26.0. While we look into the root cause please try the temporary solutions below.
Solution 1: Go to Task manager and end the process for "NZXT CAM" and restart CAM
Solution 2 (mentioned by some users below): Uninstall CAM and then reinstall via our website https://nzxt.com/software/cam
my Kraken x52 RGB stopped working again with this patch i am assuming. it also states that another program is trying to communicate with devices but when closing them all, it still doesn't seem to control the lighting

same here after uninstall and clean app data still cannot install eror2 stuck at downloading
Same, download + uninstall fixed it. Really getting old. The more NZXT stuff I but the more time i have to spend when the profiles corrupt :/
uninstall & download the new version from the webpage. worked for me. (profiles still there)
