NZXT Cam Re-install Still doesn't fix Hardware recognition
Finally got a chance to try re-installing to fix the loss of Hardware info. No luck. Not good. Why hasn't NZXT Cam been repaired? This has been going on for months...
I had that. You know how USB things sometimes only start working after you unplug it and plug it into another port? That was my prob. Removing the Kraken and seating it in another port was the solution.
Not saying that will help you, but you can try. But as suggested there should be a software fix that solves this issue.
