Well it's a common problem of CAM that applications will just stop getting recognized, it has been improved greatly since CAM V4 but is still a problem that could occur. It would be nice if the steps we provide to a customer on this article here: https://support.nzxt.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022695713-My-CAM-Powered-Device-Is-Not-Recognized would be somehow implemented into CAM as a one-click fix.
