Recently, I have been experiencing entire system freezes and I believe it is related to the NZKT CAM software. What happens is usually while I am watching a youtube video in the background, I will be working for mutliple hours on end, then suddenly audio will cut out of my Youtube video, and that window will freeze. My mouse still works, and I can drag and drop windows, but the entire window becomes completely unresponsive. Just seconds later, every other window on my desktop will become unresponsive. Again, my mouse still works, but I am completely unable to open new applications, or even use the shut down button on the desktop. The only way to remedy the situation is to completely reset/shut down the computer using the physical button on the case.
I have read on other forums (like Reddit) that this has been an ongoing issue with NZKT CAM for the past couple of years, and it does not seem that it has been addressed in the slightest. This is an inexcusable issue with NZKT CAM and is something that needs to be fixed.
