Please do something to fix this thing, 9 months of troubleshooting and analysis drive me to nowhere with your product !
The new update did nothing to fix it !
Should we have to replace it as the final solution ?
I've been having this same issue for months.. Nothing helps, not even a fresh install of Windows. Tons of complains on Reddit for the past 4 years so I don't have my hopes up. With recent NZXT scandals, this will be the last product I purchase..
I got the same problem after this update to 4.74.0
The 'communication to the device has failed' happens every 10~20 minutes. And after that, the fan will be running at full speed, very noisy.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
