Very slow NZXT Cam startup

It takes 30-50 seconds to start NZXT Cam, very slow identification of hardware.

My specs:

Ryzen 9 7950X3D

NZXT Kraken Z73

Asus Rog Crosshair X670E Hero

Corsair Vengeance 16x2 7000Mhz

Asus Rog Strix 4090 OC
