I have already solved the problem. The problem with high gpu load causes the Vulkan api to be used for gpu acceleration. Just switch to dx12 and the problem disappears. Thank God that at least this is how it works. I thought I would have to throw my expensive PC out the window.

Only on Windows 11. One cpu core 100% and gpu usage high.
