I've recently build my pc, but unfortunately my Z73 Kraken doesn't get recognized in CAM software. I'm running the latest Windows 11 Pro. The fans work, the LED lights too (static white color), also the LCD displays Liquid Temp, the Kraken doesn't show up in my device manager. What can i do now?

So I cannot edit/update my original comment but I got it fixed - user error. It was either (or both) the header it was plugged into or toggling off the Third Party RGB override in MSI Center for Mystic Light (I have seen that be an issue in the forums). I did toggle back on the overwrite and restarted just to see what would happen and it still shows and I can update the LED so I assume it was the header - I can do all the things. Super sorry for user error being assumed as build error. Thanks. M

Thank you for posting this. I have the exact same issue and I'm going to see if I can return it and get something different - I hate white leds. Looks like it has been an issue since 2021 when Windows 11 released, and they haven't bothered to do a complete fix. Wish I would have known prior to my build. Their marketing was good apparently. Agree - not buying from them again unless I confirm they have fixed their issue and can't find a better product with less integration issues.

Had my Z73 for 3 years a 3 diff. MOBO's w/ no recognition from CAM! $270 then for something that $100 would have done better. never again NZXT.
