Get rid of login bullshit, stop sending data anywhere, get rid of anything thats not the bare minimum neccessary to control the speeds, lights etc.
Maybe even make it stop freezing our computers in the process.
Nobody needs another overlay, nobody needs game hooks, nobody needs to sync their profiles, nobody uses this crap for overclocking. For some reason you keep working on all these absolutely useless features but can't stop your software from crashing our systems.
In short, make it not a bloated piece of garbage. If you are lazy just copy liquidctls code and slap a minimal ui on it. Done. How is this so hard? This software is the reason i am never buying another nzxt product again.

I would love to leave it on the tray and forget it. Only if I do it reminds me its there when my whole system freezes and I have to do a hard reset. If you had read the thing above you could have understood that. So how hard is that?

Holy fuck, how can a fucking app for a cooler make you this fucking upset? Just fucking set your fan/pump/rgb and leave it on the tray and forget it exists. How hard is that? You don't need to do any of the shit you listed, none of them are mandatory features.

I'm so glad, in the nicest way, that it's not just me! I have been pulling my hair out over this now for months and got absolutely nowhere with the support team. Absolutely love the AIO but the software is worse than anything I've every used before.

@ Clayton: Uninstall CAM and use another program to control the pump (Argus Monitor, Fan Control - the latter free of charge)
The CAM freeze has been going on for months and NZXT is not getting it regulated. Had I known, I would have bought another AIO

I agree. I just want my computer to stop freezing. I have to uninstall with Revo uninstaller every week and reinstall the software and I still have freezing problems. I should not have to do this everyday to keep my computer from freezing. I will never buy another NZXT product

Exactly this. CAM would be SO much better if you guys simply fixed more practical things like the GPU priority issue and stopped worrying about adding on other bells + whistles...
At this rate, I'm expecting CAM to start offering crypto mining services, just like Norton AV is...Talk about jumping the shark...

as a matter of fact, I was going to write just this same thing. I seriously doubt I will buy another NZXT cooler, because of the bloated software you need to run it. You should be able to disable features you don't want or don't need. I bought a cooler to keep my CPU cool, if it can run a few lights great....but I don't want or need the rest of the bloated software.
