Completely new pc slowly freezing up. Only able to move the mouse, forcing a hard shutdown. Disabling CAM on startup fixed it. I hope this bug gets fixed soon, I was doubting between Corsair and NZXT for my AIO but went with NZXT because I love the look of the cooler. But this makes me never want to buy an NZXT product again..

5600x with MSI gaming edge motherboard; same problem.

Getting exactly the same issue using x73 on a Ryzen 5800x MSI Mag x570 Tomahawk. It got to the point I did a clean install of Windows to find it. Every few days I added one application install and left it. Eventually, installing CAM and within 24 hours I got the hard lock. Uninstalled and not had the issue again for weeks with all my other software installed again.

same issue with a Ryzen 5600X, RX6800XT. I am sure CAM is the issue as I reinstall windows from scratch and tested it with only CAM installed.

Adding my voice to this - still an issue. AMD ryzen 7, x750, Kraken X

I have the same problem. When CAM is running my system freezes. Apparently it's just a problem with the new Ryzen processors.
I have deinstaled CAM and everything is going perfectly. Even without the Razer Synapse and ICUE, Windows freezes, which is not the reason. If I deactivate CAM after starting Windows and close it, the pump no longer runs correctly. This does not work for me. I have deinstalled it and use another program to control the pump. Please fix that!

same here. Every time NZXT CAM just freezes my PC during the screensaver. So I have to remember to close NZXT every time after my computer boots. Otherwise within 1 minute of starting the screensaver the computer will be totally frozen. Please fix!!

It's not just AMD.

Damn you have the same issue. Ive never had this problem before either i just uninstalled till they can update their stuff hehe

Do you have icue as well? I’m having issues with that causing crashes as well. I’ve never had a CAM related crash.

Are you sure this is a CAM issue? If so, I am almost certain that providing some evidence here will help you get traction on the issue.

I run a 3900X with an Aorus Master x570 and the z63 and do not have such an issue.
