My CPU temps are updating fine, but GPU is stuck at same 39 degrees value despite HWInfo up and running showing it fluctuating between 45 and 50 when idle and higher during gaming.
I recently updated Windows 11 to 24H2 version, and I heard that some software that operated in kernel mode such as anti-cheat software, were having compatibility issues. Are GPU temperatures read by software that needs kernel mode access? If so, maybe we're seeing a similar incompatibility issue? It's just odd that CPU tmp monitoring seems fine.
Got the same issue after I finally got a GPU from the marked. But now my nice cooler is not showing any data about the GPU which I'm really disappointed in. I have been looking forward to this, and the GPU RX 9070 XT has been on the marked for more than 1 month now. Since it's one of the best selling GPU on the marked I'm supprised to see that NZXT does not prioritize this..
I am completely disappointed. I am increasingly inclined to sell the cooling and look for a product from a normal manufacturer who deals with the customer base.
I contacted NZXT support on 3/31 and received the following response:
"Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. Currently the NZXT CAM software does not include support for the newly released RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT GPUs.
The CAM team is working on an update to add monitoring support for these new GPUs to the CAM software, however at this time we do not have an ETA for this update.
For any further updates, please keep an eye out for the CAM update notes.
As an FYI to my other post in here, my GPU is a Nvidia 4090, and my CPU is an ageing Intel 10900K - Yes, I have 14th gen envy as of Apr 2025 🙂
