Hello, I believe that maintaining a strong customer relation should be a core belief for any American company. NZXT has lacked heavily in this sector as it is impossible to obtain answers for extremely simple questions, and many of my issues have been dismissed. A simple, "we are working on it" would have been appreciated, however I have just been left in the dark, where my continuous attempts to seek answers were dismissed and swept under the rug. I highly suggest rethinking the customer support you currently have.
