I fixed it by blocking NZXT CAM in windows Firewall, uninstalled, installed an older version from 2023 and logged in as guest... CPU usage down to 1% (from 30% during gaming).
i have to completely close CAM software...otherwise the spike in cpu usage causes cpu to increase by 10-15C ..if left open my cpu idle temps are 45-50c please fix this

Yep same here 10%+ got rid of nzxt cam rubbish, using fan control now soo much better!
Noticing the same issue since some recent updates. Does NZXT even bother looking at their support pages??

I'm also having this issue, exactly as described in this thread. Started with CAM version 4.64.2 and is pressent with current version 4.64.3.
3 weeks still no fix?
Could someone from NZXT please acknowledge that this high CPU usage issue is something NZXT is aware of & that it is being worked on?
