This last update just broke fan and pump controls and now we can't game or do intensive processes without thermal throttling. I use my computer for work, this is unnacceptable.
Please for the love of god! Get rid of the "auto-firmware-updates" that have the potential to screw over peoples systems like this.

This fix should now be pushed live in CAM Version 4.33.1. To update to the latest version, please completely close out of CAM and re-open it. If this issue persists after version 4.33.1, please let us know.

Hello! CAM Product Manager here. Thanks for bringing this issue to light. We are aware and actively working on identifying a fix. I'll keep this thread updated as we have more information.
If you are experiencing this, we ask that you please submit a ticket through the Support portal inside of CAM. You can find this via Settings -> Support. When doing this, please ensure to check the box for Sending NZXT CAM Logs for diagnostics. This will allow our engineers better insight into why this issue is occurring.
As of right now it looks like this issue is related to Kraken X and Kraken Zs only. If anyone is experiencing a scenario where they cannot change fan speeds who do not have a Kraken, please let us know.
