Ever since installing the 4.74.0 Update, my CPU temperature keeps jumping around erratically, making any meaningful fan control impossible. This is extremely annoying and completely unnecessary.
I know that the temperature is now taken from the CPU package but it doesn't make sense to me. Please let the user chose the temperature source, or just revert this nonsense. My fans constantly revving up and down is making me go insane.

temperatures are completely wrong since update. 3 other temp software as well as the system bios show same temps but this one. Anyway of correcting this
