With the Windows 11 release today, we wanted to start a thread to house any issues users may come across when updating to this new operating system. As with any large software change, there is a chance issues with CAM or NZXT hardware can come up. We’ve been proactively testing our entire hardware lineup, both historical and current, to check for any issues.
We have found that Windows 11 may not recognize the E650 Power Supply, Smart Device 1, or the original Kraken X61 at the device level and with particular hardware configurations. These three products are not recognized in Windows 11 and may not show up in CAM, but don’t panic! These devices will still properly function through their firmware.
We will continue to test and work with our teams on troubleshooting the issues above, but as always, please let us know if you spot any additional issues when updated to Windows 11. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your patience while we adapt to this new operating system.

NZXT Player 2 model is not functioning with the new windows update. It’s on a continuous loop with this message and rebooting. My son has not been able to log in at all due to this message. The system just keeps restarting. How can we get this fixed. This was a very expensive unit… for this to happen.

Ich habe gestern meine NZXT Kraken z73 RGB eingebaut.
Leider erkennt mein Windows 11 Pro nicht den z73 an.
Ich kann daher nichts in der NZXT Cam einstellen da mein Gerät dort nicht angezeigt wird...

Finally got a chance to try re-installing to fix the loss of Hardware info. No luck. Not good. Why hasn't NZXT Cam been repaired? this has been going on for months...

It worked for a while but I am now on version 4.34.2 and imy Kraken Z73 is not being recognised under windows 11 again....

My issue with Kraken Z73 detection under Windows 11 (failure on device descriptor) had been solved with the recent CAM upgrade to 4.34.1. Good work NZXT engineers !!!

Windows 11 does not detect my Kraken Z73 in CAM 4.30.2, and displays a failure on device descriptor request in Device Management. I can temporarily get it working by following the steps you sent me but after a few days, it becomes unrecognised again. There is a problem with the Z73 software under Windows 11 and which needs fixing. thanks

Upgraded to Windows 11 and now I cant control the RGB lighting from H510i Elite case. Cam starts properly but only lights in default white.

Hi!
A few months ago i bought the NZXT HUE 2 / CAM-RGB / Ambient Kit 27"-35". It was working without any problems with windows 10. But after windows 11 was installed on my pc, my entire pc started to lag and not work as smothly. The second i delete the Nzxt Cam from my pc everything turns back to normal. My pc can handle lots of things including games like gta 5 or forza horizon 4 (both with maxim settings) so i dont think my pc is the problem.

windows 11 - z73 - just built it, when i first started cam worked fine and was able to adjust the display on the cooling unit etc.. out of nowhere the temperature readings froze and the cam software doesnt recognize the cooling hardward and i cant change the display anymore or anything.. not sure what happened as this build always had windows 11 and it worked fine at first
