Windows 11 Update

With the Windows 11 release today, we wanted to start a thread to house any issues users may come across when updating to this new operating system. As with any large software change, there is a chance issues with CAM or NZXT hardware can come up. We’ve been proactively testing our entire hardware lineup, both historical and current, to check for any issues.

We have found that Windows 11 may not recognize the E650 Power Supply, Smart Device 1, or the original Kraken X61 at the device level and with particular hardware configurations. These three products are not recognized in Windows 11 and may not show up in CAM, but don’t panic! These devices will still properly function through their firmware.

We will continue to test and work with our teams on troubleshooting the issues above, but as always, please let us know if you spot any additional issues when updated to Windows 11. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for your patience while we adapt to this new operating system.

Also, why does my mobo show cpu temp at around 40 celcius but NZXT Cam show's 50 celcius, a 10 degree difference....? is there a reason for that?

We're aware of the UAC problem and are working on a fix for that, and I've sent the GPU Load Monitoring for the RTX 2070 to our team for further investigation.

Thank you for these updates and keep us informed on anything else that might arise.
