I have an H9 Elite case. This case has a capacity for 10 fans. To avoid any compatibility issues between the fans, I chose to use all F120 DUO fans. However, I am unable to control all the fans and RGB with a single device, as you don't have such a product. Therefore, I am forced to use two separate NZXT products: one NZXT RGB and fan controller, and one NZXT RGB controller.
When I try to operate all RGB lights in the same mode (e.g., Pulse), I encounter a synchronization problem. The fans connected to the two devices (the 6 fans connected to the fan controller are synchronized with each other, and the 3 fans connected to the RGB controller are synchronized among themselves, but not with the others). Even though all the products are NZXT, the synchronization issue is a major problem. I chose the same brand for the sake of consistency and compatibility. I can understand synchronization issues with other brands, but I don't find it logical for there to be synchronization problems within the same brand’s products. This is clearly a software issue, and the solution lies with you.
Please don’t suggest something like "use a single color and no effects" as a solution, as that’s not helpful.
Proposed Solution: Your devices should work in harmony with each other, or there should be a single device that can control all the fans and RGB lights in the case at once, up to the case’s fan capacity. You’re making the H9 Elite case with a 10-fan capacity, but you can’t make them work in harmony. Is this acceptable to you?
