Today windows defender started reporting NZXT CAM as a potential threat. Anyone else getting this? Multiple files within the program (see attached image).
Wouldn't be surprised if it is some type of spyware or remote access I mean all you have to do is read their NZXT Flex user agreement and you'll clearly see under Section(i) that they have the ability to stop the functionality of any rented PCS the only way to be able to do something like that is to have some type of remote access
Today is the 26th and I just noticed as well that my NZXT cam has red markers on the side of everything saying "Another application is trying to communicate with your device, if you encounter any errors while configuring your device please close the following programs and retry : "
No programs are listed.
This is after installing HellDivers 2 from steam. I have not installed anything since over the past two days.

I repair it you just have to go in windows security after this analyst and after you just click in the first dekstop you click on delete and you do intervene and you download again nzxt cam if u want more info add me on discord nfalec11
apparently its a false flag by windows I about to just get a hole new pc built by some one else at this point they need to fix this right now not in a few days just roll back the update NZXT it was working goodish last update
time to get rit of nzxt. i was used time ago for fps overlay, then was remowed. no sense to use it only for some hardware monitoring, lot of apps doing better. bye

Same here, i have to unistall, and my windows have a virus flag, im very sad, formated PC about 1 week a go

Yes, the same thing happens to me too, I had to uninstall and start a scan of the computer with Windows MSERT to delete the files.
This is so annoying. i deleted Cam and now my Fans are soo loud. Cant controll the fanspeed another way with the nzxt h1...

super annoying, full reset my pc and now dont wanna download it bc its just gonna pop up again until they fix it. cant adjust my fan speeds either so
