I've had this AIO (Z64) for several YEARS now, and despite many letters to NZXT, no one seems to be able to explain how profile sync works, which is the ENTIRE REASON I choose NZXT.
The support answers (when they answer, which isn't often) has been an absolute joke. It's your product, explain how it works - there is no manual and it is definitely not intuitive.
