NZXT CAM Causing AIO to Make Loud Noises

CAM is causing my NZXT X63 AIO to make really loud noises whenever I open up CAM. I uninstalled CAM, turned my computer off, and unplugged the AIO and the problem went away. I then reinstalled CAM after 30 minutes with no issues, and it started happening again.

I repeated this process 3 times while on the phone with customer support and we both agreed CAM was causing the AIO to be very loud.

Please watch video to hear the noise

I am currently having the exact same issue. Upon testing, I've found that it's not CAM itself causing the noise, but rather higher pump speeds. If you turn down the pump speed inside CAM, you will notice the noise disappears below a certain level. Without CAM running, the pump is constantly at low speeds, and only the radiator fans are ramping up at higher temps. I am getting temps up to 90+ degrees celsius in games without CAM running, while radiator fans are blasting at max speeds. I guess we have defective products, and not a software issue :(

    Hi.

Is the sound coming from the pump or the fans?
