(Pre-existing feature in CAM3) There are numerous users which use multiple GPUS in one system. CAM only displays the current statistics for the "Primary GPU", yet there are several users who would like to monitor the statistics of the secondary GPU instead. This would also resolve an issue in which customers will be stuck with statistics of a DisplayLink adapter instead of their main GPU. Solution: A dropdown selection of the available GPUs in the system. Once a GPU is selected, CAM will report the statistics of that GPU instead.

I also have this issue and it is very annoying as my pc now shows gpu temps of 500 odd degrees, it cant be difficult as both show in the NZXT Cam software , i simply need to select which one is displayed on my Kraken.

August 2021 now. This can't be that hard to implement. Clicking on GPU in NZXT Cam's PC Monitoring tab already shows all listed GPUs in the system with the correct statistics. You just need a selection flag for a specific GPU to show up on the main screen.
This also affects the Kraken Z products in that the temperature displays 0°C for the GPU since CAM is trying to read the wrong GPU (usually the iGPU) instead of the dedicated GPU. Having a drop-down selection for default/preferred GPU would be a quick fix, another being a way to prioritize them so that the first is the default and the rest are ordered for displaying their statistics within the CAM software. Here are some Reddit threads on the problem:

7 months since this post, and it's been suggested many times way before this even...
Just please ;_;
Please, for some reason my motherboard threats 710 as a main gpu (opposed to 2070) and I cannot change it witouth disabling one ( I need it for extra monitors). It also presents a lot of "curve" problems as the temperature reads are based on default GPU.
Thank you for the suggestion! This idea is in our backlog and will be addressed as soon as possible.
Please please please do this!
The X73 screen Only shows DisplayLink Temp and it is 360 °C
Please! Very Important
Please please please do this! Once I bought my Kraken Z63 and got it hooked up, I realized this bug and was very disappointed. My system thinks my DisplayLink adapter is my "Primary GPU".
