fix the communication to the device failed.

paid so much for the nzxt h710i and the kraken x63 i expect the nzxt cam to work flawlessly, currently on B550 MAG TOMAHAWK

Cam just refuses to load this morning. Uninstalled, reinstalled did not help. Windows 10 pro - 10.0.19042 Build 19042 Any suggestions?
