Hello my mouse on start up stops working within one min on start up. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work again. I also think it might be a software/firmware issue, because I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled software/driver same as before. And I just got the mouse. Also the clip that holds the back bottom base of the mouse broke off in shipping or making of the mouse because thats how I recived the mouse after opening it, and the screw holes/shafts are broke in half. Thank you for your time and here are pics to show problems as listed. I bought it on amazon. If that matters again thank you for your time.
