Massive heat issues with the recent NZXT CAM update !!!

the new update of NZXT CAM is really horrible , my pc used to idle at 29-35c degrees and now it’s around 45-51c , fans aren’t responding as quick or act like how they used to be before the update to cool down the system fast , I see my temps goes around 81c when my pc is under pressure “ using i9 13900k” it only occurred with the recent update never before , even when my pc is warm the fans still quite , tried to change the fan curve so they would start spinning and work as they used to but it was a no go , please fix the app it’s cause a serious issue , let’s not forget about the wrong readings too!! It shows the pc is 10-15c cooler than what it’s actually is.

Simple fix, just give us the option to select package or core temp in settings. I honestly don't care what the package temp is, cores give a much more stable fan ramp and structure.

I'M HERE TO HELP EVERYONE , i'll post a link so you can download an older version befor this crap update so everyone can reinstall it.Before you start , uninstall this version , disconect from internet , install this offline installer , than block NZXT in windows firewall (incoming and outgoing connection) so it can't autoupdate. than connect back the internet. GOOD LUCK.

They are avoiding the problem, let us revert back! I have to run on performance mode to play anything now, use to work just fine on silent mode

This Update is terrible. All the Measurements from the Fan´s are no longer existing. Your Software says RPM = 0. Perfect condition for an dynamic leveling of the RPM and a temperature controlling. The MSI Center is functioning exactly so i have the direct comparison. Hurry Up folks - time is running for switching to a better product.

This new update is terrible I can't even play a game without my CPU overheating 13900ks. Every game crashes. The old version was perfect. I can't even run 3dmark without it crashing

Is this going to get fixed or what? I am about to buy all new AIO and fans before I destroy my rig. Ridiculous. .. Just put the download for the prior version out at least....

    Hello NZXT,

No need to hurry anymore for me. Hooked up an old iCue commander and fans are behaving as they should now.

Good job in helping out the competition 👍

Same problem here, temperature is idle 51c now, I know it is because of CPU package reading now...but it sucks. Also temp spikes between 40 and then all of a sudden 55, fans and pump start and stop like crazy even though I fixed the curves..everything was good before this update....please fix quickly.
