I have a Kraken 240 with Asus ROG B650E-E, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
Motherboard LCD shows CPU correct temperature, BIOS is the same, any software that I use will show the correct temperature apart from NZXT CAM and the Kraken LCD by a margin of 10-12 degrees hotter than what it really is.
After some research noticed people with intel CPUs this isn't happening just with AMD CPUs, can you guys please review as incorrect temps can be overwhelming and I don't want to return AIO, otherwise I'll have to pick something else.
The point of having this AIO was so I could see the temperature of my CPU in real time and this is pointless with this device

I too am having issues with the Kraken Elite 360 and CAM app. The app freezes and corrupts the LCD display causing it to not read and stays stuck until I close CAM completely then reopen. After reopening the CAP app it would go through its cycle then work properly for a minute or so then it'll cause another black screen and same thing happens again. Ive selected Directx instead of Vulkan and same issues even after a power down. ive contacted NZXT customer service and tech support team but they keep sending me the same online link with the same follow through steps. Ive uninstalled, run as administrator and all drivers are up to date yet the software and hardwares still having major issues. their customer service and tech support team have stopped responding and havent provided any time of help since last week.
I have the same issue on ryzen 7 2700x with Kraken x63 240. It started happening after the recent update. From what i've seen this has been a problem in the past. Please implement a solution.
I do apologize if what I say might seem rude, but a few days have passed since my post and I want to say that the problems I underlined in it have yet to be resolved. I would greatly appreciate a fix as soon as possible.
