I am unable to change my LCD display "GPU Update Required."

When I try to change my Kraken elite 240 LCD Screen, It says "GPU Update Required." I have uninstalled and reinstalled the gpu drivers and it still never works, please someone help me. I have an RTX 3080 that works perfectly fine. I have had my kraken elite 240 since July 2023. I could change the LCD screen before, but as of 3 months ago, I just cant get it to work. The whole reason I bought this cooler was so I could have a cool screen in my computer and I can't even use it to my advantage.

    I also got the same error after upgrading. version 4.59.0. GPU temperature is always zero
