Been staring at this for the past 3 weeks. Tried deleting windows files, revo uninstall etc), contacted support, nobody knows how to fix it. Offline installer does the same thing. Closed all processes attached to the cam process, no other rgb software on my pc. Send all logs in ticket, 2 weeks later ticket got closed with the reply "we will continue investigating". Can anyone help with this or do I have to go buy another RGB controller from someone else.
