Fan control based on both CPU & GPU temps

Allow the fan speed to be controlled by both CPU and GPU temps, instead of having to choose one.
I use a 280 rad as intake and currently have one fan each controlled by CPU & GPU temp. Having this feature would allow both the fans to ramp up if either CPU or GPU temps get high.

    Yes. Please yes. That's so simple but yet one of the biggest downside of Cam for my usecase.
