i have the same problem with x62 rgb stuck on white color but pump work"s fine

Same the RGB on my NZXT fan no longer shows in CAM and is stuck on white. All others still work correctly. This happened right after recent update

Same situation for me as well. Everything was working fine. I had a theme/profile created for my rgb's that controlled fan 1 and 2, NZXT kraken, and the rgb strip that came in the case (NZXT H510 Elite). All of a sudden, the rgb strip stays on white and no longer has the option to control in Cam, and the bottom fan rgb's are off, but the fan is running. The bottom fan also no longer has the option to control in Cam. I noticed the Smart Device is only showing channel 2 (which is the top fan) and says that channel 1 is open? If anyone knows a solution please let me know.

I added two fans to my case. They are not showing up and my other fans stopped working, after I added the two fans. I have managed to run all fans after forcing NZXT Cam to close, but then they were stuck on max speed.

I have the same problem. Fan will show up for a split second in NZXT Cam then dissapear.

I have the same problem and occasionally it works but still front fan rpm showing 0
