This program use to much of everything, idle is not really possible.
I have fixed cooling setting und one gif.
There is no need for the rest, let it be complete disabled.
And its working permantly on the SSD, like 5 - 20mb/s.
So please, give the options to disable a lot of the unnecessary features that are working in the backround for nothing.

THIS. So sad CAM continues to gather all hardwarestats, even if you "disabled" it.
Same here, idle goes up an down by 10% its not normal.
