Allow speed control for the RGB effects on the kraken X screen.

Modifying the speed of RGB affects can help sync the kraken RGB with the rest of the RGB on PCs!

Add Mass Effect: Legendary Edition on Game Sync

Currently, the Legendary Edition of Mass Effect is missing from the Profile Sync list. Adding any (or all) of the EXE's does not make it work either.

fyi... Halo Infinte and Far Cry 6: overlay does not appear.

Ctrl+O does not bring up overlay.
