Fix the flickering RGB with ASUS motherboards

CAM should offer a toggle to allow 3rd party rgb control Wallpaper Engine had plugin options for iCue and Chroma, CAM should have the same options in terms of customization

Allow CPU temp selection (not use CPU package temps)

It would be great if I could select the "real CPU temperature" , as opposed to "CPU package temperature" which is usually 10-13 degrees higher on Ryzen 5000 cpus. Or give me steps how to change it in the CAM beta dev tools :)

Show network up/down in Mini Mode
