Dear developers
I have noticed that “NZXT CAM Beta” with active mini mode (possibly also without mini mode?) takes up more and more RAM from time to time, although nothing changes apart from the monitoring.
I noticed this when, in connection with the “OBS” tool, there were more and more inexplicable latency problems within the software during a 10-hour livestream.
When I checked the task manager, NZXT CAM Beta was using almost 13 GB of RAM. After restarting the software, the load dropped to just 110 MB. The usage would probably have risen above 13 GB over time.
What's going on?
I have not yet received an answer from support (I sent them the software log files directly via the NZXT CAM feedback function).
Michael
// EDIT:
Now, after 20 hours of idle PC, NZXT CAM is using 14 GB of RAM. This is unacceptable.
Please fix the problem or at least give me an alternative that works well.
I can't work like this.
