It would bes useful to control fans based on opening different kind of programms. For example when i'm just working in outlook or word my fans don't have to run all the time but when i start a game, the fans start to keep the pc cool. Therefore the noise in desktop work would be significant low.

Sorry, go to "Settings>Profile Sync". Didn't notice I was already in the settings menu.
This is a feature already. Go to Profile Sync on the left side. You'll see "Auto Launch" where you can select exe's, and pick your profiles.
