Changing volume scroll and side buttons in function keyboard to some other function

my idea is to add a setting to map volume scroll to something else like side scroll. also the side buttons could be mapped to something else like macro.

      I would love for the scroll wheel to be remapped for zooming as I do a lot of picture editing
