NZXT Cam is freezing entire PC or pump screen not functional

7800X3D

7900XTX

NZXT Kraken 360 Elite

Windows 11 Pro

MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk

Whenever I start my PC up and as soon as NZXT Cam loads up my entire PC freezes and I get a black screen on both monitors and have to do a hard-restart.

Not sure whether it's related to AMD or NZXT Cam software, but if it doesn't crash at start up then whenever I try to use the pump screen to monitor hardware stats then it works for approx. 30 seconds, screens flash and freeze temporarily then AMD Adrenaline tells me the display driver has crashed and GPU settings have been reset to default, even though everything was default.

Just wondering whether anyone has any idea what's going on or potential fixes?

I've reinstalled a windows 2x and this issue still occurs, and I do not have a different GPU to troubleshoot whether its an AMD issue or Cam.

I have uninstalled Cam and everything runs completely fine, but obviously can not control the screen on my $400AUD AIO!!

Thanks

Check for BIOS Updates: Check if there are any BIOS updates available for your MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk motherboard. BIOS updates can sometimes improve system stability and compatibility with certain hardware and software.
Reset BIOS Settings: You should access the BIOS and reset any settings or changes you've made, such as XMP. I would suggest resetting the settings back to their default configuration.

I'm not sure what might be causing this. Since you mentioned reinstalling Windows twice, it could be related to the BIOS. Maybe consider trying Tiny11.
