Had a very unpleasant experience with X73 Kraken once I swapped my CPU to Intel 14 gen. NZXT cam basically shows ~10 degrees lower temps than actual temp readings from BIOS, AIDA, GPU-Z). I sent my AIO to customer support, and they said it's an NZXT bug that appears for 12/13/14 gens. PLEASE! Fix it, since it's a horrible experience with the premium product.
