CAM 4.63 Does Not Recognize, "No NZXT Devices Were Found" on Win 11 Pro 23H2

I just built a new Windows PC with Windows 11 Pro 64 Bit. Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX with an AMD5 socket Rysen 9, 7900X3D CPU, G-Skill Trident Z5 64GB DDR5.
Loaded clean install of the Windows 11 Pro x64, started good, had a couple problems with setting up CAM software 4.63.0-b, but after a couple of tries, it worked fine. Windows did an update, worked fine for one day.
The next morning, restart the PC and Bam! No more detection of the NZXT device! Constantly getting "No NZXT Devices Were Found" I followed multiple online refence to correct the problem with no positive results.
Talked to a rep from amazon where I bought the unit, they said it's more than likely defective. Got a return label, sent it back, still waiting for my refund 4 days later. Today is March 15th, 2024.
In the meantime, I bought a 2nd unit, installed it and same problem! Got it to work for 1 day with the BETA version of the CAM software which someone said it can fix the problem which is cause from Windows update and NZXT's CAM software being incompatible. Worked a day, and now absolutely nothing again! Cooling works, but no LCD Screen, getting the "No NZXT Devices Were Found" again and no matter what I do, I cannot get this thing to work! Extremely disappointed in NZXT and frustrated with all these useless problems with their software!!

ANY Help would be great to fixing this problem, or maybe I'll return this one too and get Corsair brand coolers from now on!!

here the same, and also with the beta software, go back to an older one, at the moment it works after I go back to version 4.6.1.7, and Firmware 2.0.3
