Other premium motherboards come with a variety of accessories because of their price (including sag brackets, wifi addition, etc.). Paying 300$+ for a motherboard that looks great but doesnt provide the same luxuries as others isnt a deciding factor. But instead makes other mobo's look better in terms of value ontop of their already better performance.

all motherboards should come cables/brackets but the color of them should also correlate to the color of the motherboard.
