I'm at a loss that your own software can't see/connect to your own product. It has worked in the past after several reboots and restarting the software. I'm far over that now and 34 CPU and 37 GPU is probably burned into the display at this point. I go to "Lighting" in the CAM software and there is a prompt to buy NZXT hardware to utilize the software. Funny...in the top right corner it says "No NZXT devices were found" despite me having the hardware installed and it connecting to the software in the past. Any help with this would be great.

I am as frustrated as you seem to be. I have the same scenario on the last two builds I've completed. NZXT CAM refuses to see my F120 RGB core fans x3, my kraken 120 w/rgb. It cam sees my NZXT rgb fan hub and my rgb hub but doesn't see any of the nzxt fans or rgb plugged in them. I gave up and bought Thermal Take aio, fans w/rgb and controller. At least it sees it's own merch.
