I do not see option to upload GIF in CAM.

I bought the Kraken 240 unit for the display of GIF, imagine my confusion when I failed to find a GIF upload option. Am I doing something wrong?

One more thing, it will not allow me to upload an image. All i see is a message telling me the image has to many colors? Can your app not down sample an image to meet your specs?


it seems that everything except the image and GIF are working for my Rysen 9 CPU.

Should I return this to Micro Center and buy a different brand?

    same, but I don't have an option to upload an image either, that part is totally missing from the lighting section for me.
