Similar problem. I have a Mini ITX motherboard in a H210i with a NZXT Kraken water cooler - but the board only has one USB 2.0 header. I bought a splitter on amazon to plug both devices in. NZXT CAM recognizs both the LED strip and the cooler, but gets stuck at "Device Loading..." in the software under cooling and lighting,
