Like many motherboards mine gets upset if the CPU fan appears to be disconnected and the BIOS option to correct that wasn't easy to find.
I know manual says to put the pump speed plug into the CPU fan header but this is a bit of a bodge at best and a better solution would be to provide a proper fan speed plug.
This only needs to be a single wire going from an unused speed output on the fan splitter cable to a plug for the CPU fan header. (You already have several ground connections)
I've tried it with a jumper wire and it works - I have accurate speeds for both pump and CPU fans.
