NZXT CAM shows GPU Fan at 0 RPM

I had recently bought a Starter Pro PC from NZXT about a month or so, and it has been working fine for me. However, at the time of me typing this, only the GPU fans for my GeForce RTX 2060 show up with "0 RPM", even though they are working correctly. If I run a game, the data for the RPM will show up normally(?), for some strange reason. I have no idea what's causing this, and I have no experience with tinkering with the internal hardware of computers in general. What do I do?

Update: I've installed Argus Monitor and HWiNFO, and it seems that I have the same problem there, specifically with SYS_FAN 2, as described by Argus. All of the other fans seem to be in working order.

Again, the GPU Fan is the only thing that's having problems for me right now.
