Currently the toast notification can handle only one notification at a time and is limited in its ability to present CTAs.
The notification system could be improved in the following ways:
Larger notification UI with the flexibility to show longer text and CTAs.
Show multiple notifications at a time in the case where there are multiple concurrent errors.
Show a history of notifications.
