Title says it all. I have to control my fans based on GPU temperature, because my CPU temps vary too much. This can result in the CPU overheating. Maybe add so the fans don't change speed in a 10-degree interval.
Example: If the fans run 1400 rpm at 75 degrees, then they won't slow down before the temps get under 65 degrees. This removes a lot of the fluctuations in fan noise, which can be more annoying than a consistently loud fan.
