I don't know if it's because I am out of date with my NZXT HUE first gen, but it used to be SO much easier and less buggy to customize the individual LEDs. For example, I can't select multiple LEDs at a time, I have to do them one at a time. Also, the color swatching doesn't even work. Even trying to select a color for the LEDs is buggy.
