Please add a dedicated section for a changelog and/or pastebin for product firmware updates so that they are easier to find and keep track of for customers.
For example, I have a Kraken x62 and I use NZXT CAM. However, I didn't know if the current v5.2 that I'm running was the most recent update or not, and I had to get in touch with customer support for such a trivial thing. This is both a drain for your resources as well as not a worthwhile investment of the customer's time.
